Cyclone Idai Appeal

Cyclone Idai has swept through Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe, leaving behind a trail of destruction, killing hundreds of people and affecting an estimated 3 million people.

Houses, roads and bridges have been ripped apart and agricultural land is completely submerged. More than 750 people are confirmed dead and 400,000 have lost their homes. People urgently need help right now with emergency shelter kits, food such as pulses and maize flour, water purification tablets, and urgent medical assistance.

We are working together with the other members of the Disasters Emergency Committee to support the relief effort in Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe. Help families affected by this catastrophic disaster get the support they urgently need.

Giftaid it

* I confirm I am a UK taxpayer and I understand that if I pay less income and / or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in the relevant tax year, it is my reponsibility to pay any difference. The Gift Aid claimed will be used to help fund the whole of Action Against Hunger's work. I understand the charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I have given.
